End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of This Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and NOMADSLIM LLC governing your use of the QuantumLeap Manifestation application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, NOMADSLIM LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by NOMADSLIM LLC.
3. License Restrictions
You agree not to, and not to allow others to: • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App • Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the App • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features • Use the App for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes • Use the App to provide services to third parties or for commercial exploitation Any unauthorized use terminates this license.
4. Ownership
The App, including all content, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and intellectual property rights, is owned by NOMADSLIM LLC or its licensors. This EULA does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights to you.
5. Updates and Modifications
We may provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the App at any time. Updates may be required to continue using the App. We do not guarantee that any specific feature or content will remain available.
6. Third-Party Services and Content
The App may integrate or rely on third-party services, software, APIs, or content. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies. NOMADSLIM LLC is not responsible for third-party services or content.
7. Suspension and Termination
This license is effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this EULA, our Terms of Service, or applicable laws. Upon termination, your license ends immediately and you must stop using the App.
8. No Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOMADSLIM LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOMADSLIM LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country subject to U.S. embargoes or sanctions that prohibit access to the App.
11. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
